We wanted to create a platform that gave Sales Development Representatives an opportunity to compare ideas, gain insight and receive mentorship at their fingertips. We have over 700 members, and have a WhatsApp community highlighting monthly workshops, cross-community mentorship and networking events.

The 100 over 100 awards is a leaderboard of the top 100 reps who have achieved over 100% of their target for the previous two quarters. Our mission is to shine a spotlight on their successes and recognise the very best in the industry.
To support our mission of changing the way people think about sales, we think its important to boost diversity, change stereotypes and create a more inclusive workforce overall. We've created an SDR training programme called the Elite Elevation Programme with a focus on helping minority groups get into tech sales. Not only are we focusing on diverse talent, but we're putting them through three weeks of intensive SDR training to skill them up before they're interviewed and hired. They'll learn all of the skills they need to be a successful rep, including video prospecting, sales methodologies, outreach, CRM and vital industry knowledge.
