ROLE DESCRIPTION

You will be responsible for serving as a sustainability expert, deeply knowledgeable about cutting-edge solutions, eco-friendly technologies, and sustainable business practices.

Collaborate closely with their clients, understanding their unique sustainability goals, challenges, and aspirations, and proposing innovative solutions to help them achieve their objectives.

Take the lead in crafting comprehensive sustainability proposals and strategies in response to client requests for information (RFI) and proposals (RFP).

Lead scoping and requirements gathering efforts for new sustainable business opportunities, helping clients envision a greener and more efficient future.

Deliver compelling presentations, training sessions, and solution demonstrations to clients, showcasing the tangible benefits of our sustainability solutions.

Play a key role in introducing exciting new sustainable products to the market, providing technical insights and guidance.

Collaborate with their marketing team to create engaging technical content that educates and inspires businesses to embrace sustainability.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable role, ideally with a focus on IoT and/or SaaS solutions.
• Complex understanding of the Commercial Real Estate industry. 
• A technical foundation with at least 5 years of hands-on experience, allowing you to navigate the complexities of sustainable technologies and solutions.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, enabling you to effectively engage with senior technical and business leaders.
• A strong educational background in a relevant field (or a blend of education and practical experience) that equips you to understand and advocate for sustainability solutions.

SALARY

$150,000

ON TARGET EARNINGS

25-30% Variable
