As the Head of Sales for our innovative care management platform, you'll lead a high-performing team of Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives. Your primary focus will be Sales Enablement, including crafting email templates, cold call scripts, pricing negotiation strategies, and effective deal management. Your coaching expertise will guide the development of your team, with an eye towards future leadership roles. If you bring proven Sales leadership experience, a background in high-velocity SMB and MM Sales.
Mentoring and coach a team of 8 AEs and SDRs
focus on: Email templates, Cold Call Scripts, Pricing Negotiation, Deal management and Deal support
Leadership development will be important (mentoring senior ICs into leadership roles)
Creating an environment of high EQ, empathy-led sellers. Not a boiler room or boys club environment.
KEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
You need to have Sales leadership at an early stage organisation.
You need to have led AEs and BDRs, or led AEs who have done a large amount of prospecting
You need to be a keen coach, able to mentor and guide junior reps
You'll need gravitas and a track record of success
