This early-stage business already has the likes of the Compass Group & Wagamama on board. The product sells 💸.
They've scaled naturally from 0 - 1mil with no sales function 📈. They are now looking for an experienced leader to take them to the next level.
Role Description
- Onboard a new team of AEs & SDRs.
- Build a sales function from the ground up.
- Develop sales strategy and manage day-to-day sales operations.
- Develop relationships to understand customer needs and collaborate with customer success for future success.
- Quickly evaluate & understand current business/product.
Experience Required
- A proven track record of successfully selling enterprise software solutions.
- A ‘player manager’ who can generate and manage their own quota.
- Experience in a start-up/scale-up business (Seed/Series A/B).
- Experience in a sales role with an HR technology company (desired).
Salary
£90,000 - £120,000
On Target Earnings
